Mr. Hashemi is an active member of the California State Bar, and is licensed to practice in all California State Courts. He is also licensed to practice in Federal United States District Court, Central District.

His educational background includes receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from California State University, Northridge and a Juris Doctorate from The University of La Verne, College of Law.

Mr. Hashemi has experience in all areas of law, in particular, criminal law, parole revocation, and family law. He is a current member of the California Association of Parole Defense Attorneys, American Bar Association, Los Angeles County Bar Association, Beverly Hills Bar Association and San Fernando Valley Bar Association.
